Our rooms
We offer 9 well presented Bed & Breakfast rooms of which 7 are dog friendly, each with en-suite shower and WC. Room rates are per night and include a delicious cooked breakfast & parking to the rear of the property.
Room 1 – Small double
Tucked away quietly at the rear of the Inn, Room 1 offers a peaceful, characterful retreat spanning approximately 140 square feet. This charming and intimate sanctuary beautifully combines traditional comfort with modern elegance – featuring a plush double bed, a relaxing armchair and a sleek en-suite shower room. Enjoy thoughtful, welcoming touches throughout, including a flat screen television and a well-stocked hospitality tray with complimentary tea and coffee.
Please note, to ensure an allergen free environment for all our guests, Room 1 is a designated pet-free space. Also, due to the compact nature of this room, we are unable to accommodate a cot.
Room 2 – Family room
Spacious, bright and beautifully appointed, Room 2 is a premiere family room and the largest in the Inn at approximately 230 square feet. Positioned at the front of the property, this expansive space is flooded with glorious natural light from midday through to sunset, offering lovely views across the front terrace to the rolling countryside beyond.
Designed with family comfort in mind, the room comprises a plush double bed, a single bed, a chest of drawers, and an elegant clothing rail for storage. Guests can relax with a large wall-mounted television and a well-stocked hospitality tray featuring complimentary tea and coffee, before winding down in the generous en-suite bathroom, featuring a full sized bath.
Room 3 – Small double
Compact, bright, and full of character, Room 3 is an intimate 120 square foot double room positioned at the front of the Inn. Dual aspect windows flood the space with natural light, framing picturesque views across the front terrace, towards the rolling countryside and the historic silhouette of St. Materiana’s Church beyond. This charming room features a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen television, a well-stocked hospitality tray with complimentary tea and coffee, and a sleek en-suite shower room.

Room 4 – Single room
Bursting with character, Room 4 is our charmingly quirky 85 square foot single room. Positioned at the front of the Inn, it overlooks the front terrace with lively views along the high street. It is the perfect, cozy haven for independent travelers, and is particularly popular with those walking the breathtaking coastal path.
The room features a comfortable single bed, a television, a sleek en-suite shower room and a well-stocked hospitality tray with complimentary tea and coffee.

Room 5 – Deluxe double
Elegantly appointed and full of historic charm, Room 5 is our premiere deluxe double, and our most spacious double room at approximately 170 square feet. Positioned at the front of the Inn, dual windows bathe the room in natural light and offer picturesque views across the countryside towards the historic silhouette of St. Materiana’s Church.
At the heart of the room is a striking, king-sized brass bed, beautifully complimented by marble-topped side tables and a handsome antique chest of drawers. Complete with a relaxing armchair, a large wall-mounted television, a well-stocked hospitality tray with complimentary tea and coffee, and a modern en-suite shower room, it offers the ultimate boutique retreat.
Room 6 – Superior double
Brimming with coastal charm, Room 6 is a superior double room spanning approximately 160 square feet. Uniquely positioned at the front and side of the Inn, it catches excellent light and boasts views looking down the high street, and you can even catch a glimpse of the sea!
Designed for relaxation, the room features a comfortable double bed, a wall-mounted television, and a well-ctocked hospitality tray with complimentary tea and coffee. A table with two chairs offers the perfect spot to relax with your morning brew before refreshing in your private en-suite shower room.
Room 7 – Twin room
Tucked away at the rear of the Inn, Room 7 is a comfortable, 140 square foot twin room featuring two cozy single beds.Designed for guests traveling together, the space includes a table and two chairs, well-stocked hospitality tray with complimentary tea and coffee, wall-mounted television and en-suite shower room. It provides a functional, restful base.
Please note: this room is located near the Inn’s external kitchen extractor, which creates low-level ambient white noise during service hours.
Room 8 – Double Room
Bursting with historic charm, Room 8 is a uniquely quirky and atmospheric 140 square foot sanctuary. Tucked away above the traditional cellar, this cozy space features authentic bare stone walls, and beautiful tiny stained glass windows that wrap the room in old-world character.
While it trades a traditional window view for total privacy and style, it boasts a luxurious, large walk-in shower in its en-suite shower room. Complete with a comfortable double bed, flat-screen television and a well-stocked hospitality tray with complimentary tea and coffee, it is the ultimate character-filled hideaway!
Please note: Due to its historic position directly above the working cellar, guests may experience ambient background noise during service hours. To maintain an allergen-free environment, this room is a designated pet-free space.
Garden Suite
A beautiful, modern and peaceful sanctuary, our premiere Garden Suite offers the ultimate luxury layout for families or small groups. This expansive ground floor retreat features a private master bedroom with a plush, king-sized bed and en-suite shower room, and a separate dedicated children’s bedroom sleeping up to three, across a single bed and a bunk bed, with an en-suite bathroom.
At the heart of the 550 square foot suite is a beautifully appointed living room, complete with a large flat-screen television and deep, comfortable sofas to sink into. drench doors open onto a cozy, quiet and sun-drenched private terrace with outdoor seating – ideal for a peaceful morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink.
Please note, while the suite itself is arranged on the ground floor, it is accessed via a small flight of stairs.
